OK they aren’t towers they’re just poles really. And as for the mind controlling bit or the death ray bits…well have a look.

What could they be?
These started popping up all over HK’s most populous areas recently- Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui etcetc. On my rough measurement, they could be as close as 50ft apart or even less. Scary?
Perhaps.
China planning an invasion? Wifi radiation cancerous effect on human beings large scale experimentation?
Possibly.
Alrighty enough joking aorund. On closer inspection, they do have a sticker that reads ‘Hong Kong Broadband Ltd’ or something along those lines.
So most likely, they’re just wifi access points on a city-wide level.
